3. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, video clips, and software, is the property of Media Friends or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

The content delivered as part of our services is subject to the specific terms agreed upon in individual contracts. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written agreement:

• Media Friends retains the copyright to all produced materials
• Clients receive a license to use the content for specified purposes
• Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of our content is prohibited

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual contracts and may vary based on the scope and duration of services. Unless otherwise specified:

• A deposit may be required before commencement of services
• Final payment is due upon completion of services or as per the agreed schedule
• Late payments may be subject to additional fees
• All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

5. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made in writing

Media Friends shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or personal information
• Force majeure events including weather conditions that may affect outdoor recordings
• Technical failures beyond our reasonable control

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. User Content and Feedback

Any content or feedback you provide to us may be used by Media Friends for improving our services, marketing purposes, or any other lawful purpose without compensation to you. You retain ownership of your content, but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and publish such content.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
