1. Use of Our Services

By using Media Friends services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering, applying, or making a purchase
• Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use our services for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose
• Not interfere with or disrupt the security or functionality of our website and services

2. Our Services

Media Friends organises, produces, and broadcasts motorsport events and provides professional media services, including:

• The UAE Talent Championship and related karting events
• Live streaming and broadcast of motorsport events
• Media accreditation for journalists, photographers, and media professionals
• Media packages, media production, and content creation for teams, drivers, and events

Services are subject to availability and may change based on event calendars, project requirements, and scheduling. The specifics of bespoke media services will be outlined in individual agreements with clients.

3. Championship Registration

• Entries to the UAE Talent Championship are submitted through this website and are governed by the official Championship Regulations, which you accept at the time of registration. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Championship Regulations, the Championship Regulations prevail for all matters relating to the championship.
• Registrations for drivers under 18 must be completed by a parent or legal guardian, who confirms their authority to register the driver.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the registration information provided, including the driver's date of birth and category eligibility. Inaccurate information may result in the rejection or cancellation of an entry.
• An entry is confirmed only once payment of the applicable entry fee has been completed and a confirmation has been issued.

4. Payments

• Payments on this website — including championship entry fees, media accreditation fees, and media packages — are processed securely by Stripe, our payment provider. We do not store your full card details.
• Prices are as displayed at checkout at the time of purchase and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• For bespoke media production services, payment terms are specified in individual contracts; a deposit may be required before commencement, and late payments may be subject to additional fees.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellation and refund conditions for championship entries are set out in the Championship Regulations accepted at registration.
• For media accreditation, media packages, and bespoke media services, cancellation conditions are those presented at the time of purchase or set out in the individual service agreement. Cancellations must be made in writing.
• Force majeure events — including weather conditions, venue closures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control — will be addressed on a case-by-case basis, and events may be rescheduled where possible.

6. Filming, Broadcast and Image Rights

Our events are filmed, photographed, and broadcast. Footage and images of participants and attendees may appear in live streams, broadcasts, highlights, and promotional material. For championship participants, the use of a driver's name and image is governed by the media consent set out in the Championship Regulations accepted at registration.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, images, video clips, and software — is the property of Media Friends or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

Content delivered as part of our media services is subject to the terms agreed in individual contracts. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written agreement:

• Media Friends retains the copyright to all produced materials, including event broadcast footage
• Clients receive a license to use the content for the specified purposes
• Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of our content is prohibited

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Media Friends shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our website or services
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or personal information
• Force majeure events, including weather conditions affecting outdoor events and recordings
• Technical failures beyond our reasonable control, including interruptions to live streams

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Participation in motorsport events is additionally subject to the liability provisions of the Championship Regulations accepted at registration.

9. User Content and Feedback

Any content or feedback you provide to us may be used by Media Friends for improving our services, marketing purposes, or any other lawful purpose without compensation to you. You retain ownership of your content, but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and publish such content.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

11. Changes to Terms

Media Friends reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
