Those with official Media Passes should use the designated media entry gate and ensure their pass is visible once inside.

Under GDPR, anyone capturing photo or video content at our events, especially if it includes people, is considered a data processor. By entering the venue and shooting content (which we may use for promotional or marketing purposes), you're agreeing to that role and to handle data responsibly.

Drone Use

Drones are strictly prohibited at all times across the entire circuit – no exceptions

Insurance Requirements for Photographers and Videographers

All accredited photographers and videographers must have personal insurance that covers the risks associated with working at motorsport events. This includes civil liability insurance for any damage caused to third parties.

We strongly prefer that accredited media are members of a recognised professional body. Freelance photographers without a verified professional profile, unfortunately, won't be accepted.

Track Access for Media

Accredited photographers and videographers will be issued a RACING TRAK media pass. This pass allows access to the Press Office, circuit areas, and the pre-grid.

Please note:

Park Ferme is off-limits for stopping or filming.

If necessary, media may pass through Park Ferme only to reach another area, but no filming or stopping is allowed while passing through.

Indemnity

The accredited photographers and videographers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Media Friends, its affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and permitted successors and assigns against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, penalties, punitive damages, expenses, reasonable legal fees and costs of any kind or amount whatsoever, which result from the negligence or improper behaviour or delinquent acts on the racetrack by the indemnifying accredited photographers and videographers, its respective successors and assigns. This section remains in full force and effect for the course of the entire racing event.

Undertaking

The accredited photographers and videographers undertake to maintain professional and safe decorum during the entire racing event on the racetrack. Further undertake not to stray into restricted zones for any reason whatsoever. Suppose any acts lead to the accredited photographers and videographers being asked to vacate the premises on account of their impropriety. In that case, Media Friends or the organisers will not be held responsible.

Independent Contractor

The accredited photographers and videographers are Independent Contractors, and they agree that all Services will be rendered by it as independent contractors. They shall have no right to receive any benefits from Media Friends or the organizers beyond what is mentioned herein. The accredited photographers and videographers agree to pay all taxes due to the Freelancer and to indemnify Media Friends in respect of any/all obligations that may be imposed on Media Friends to pay any such taxes or resulting from the project and services rendered.
