• Inquiry and contact data: name, phone number, email address, and the details of your request when you contact us about our media services.
• Payment data: payments are processed by Stripe, our payment provider. We receive confirmation of payment and order details; we do not store your full card number on our systems.
• Technical and usage data: information collected through cookies and analytics tools, such as pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location.

2. Children's Data

Many participants in our championships are under 18. Registrations for drivers under 18 must be completed by a parent or legal guardian, who confirms their authority to register the driver and provides the driver's information on their behalf, as required by the Championship Regulations. We use minors' data only to administer the championship — entries, classification by age category, results, safety, and event operations — and we do not use it for marketing.

3. How We Use Your Data

• Championship and event administration: processing entries, verifying eligibility, managing race-day operations, publishing entry lists, results, and standings.
• Communications: confirmations, receipts, event information, schedule changes, and responses to your inquiries.
• Payments: processing entry fees, media accreditation fees, and media package purchases through Stripe.

4. Filming, Photography and Broadcast

Media Friends produces and broadcasts motorsport events. For championship participants, the use of a driver's image and name is governed by the media consent set out in the Championship Regulations accepted at registration.
